Professional Work Experience:

• I began working at Icon Health and Fitness in August of 2000. Due to my work ethic and dedication I quickly moved into a Management position. After 6 yrs of employment another Management position became available at Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company in Provo, UT. After about 6 months with Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company I heard about an opportunity with AVW. I took this opportunity as soon as I could. In February of 2007 I began working here at AVW. After working as field staff for about a month and a half I was promoted into the Assistant Field Director position. As Assistant Field Director I am responsible for making sure that the students are safe and their needs are met. I am also involved with the hiring and training of our staff.

Interests:

I am an outdoor enthusiast. I love spending time with my family while camping, boating, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, and just being in the outdoors with them.

Comments on AVW:

The most rewarding time working at AVW is when I get to see students eyes light up when they figure out that they can be healthy, happy, and successful. It is amazing to see the change or transformation that comes between a student entering the program and 15 weeks later when they are giving their parents a big hug and telling how much they appreciate them for sending them to AVW.
